These procedures will be reviewed at least every 12 months and will continue to be developed over time as the CCRC is established and carries out its primary function. CCRC Procedures 17 March 2022 Position Papers The case procedures provide that when the Commission assesses applications, it may have regard to any position paper it has prepared. The purpose of the position papers is to provide a summary of the key legal principles the Commission will generally apply to applications falling within the scope of the paper, and to provide guidance to applicants and their representatives when preparing an application.
